For an Individual / Group

Are you ready to take the next step in your journey in yoga?

Amy, founder of In Yoga and owner of North Port Yoga + Wellness, aims to help others achieve their health goals and find freedom through traditional practices of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Traditional yoga is composed of eight limbs and can be practiced on or “off the mat.” Yoga includes breathwork (pranayama), physical postures (asana), meditation, and mindfulness practices, but many other practices can also be done “in yoga,” such as: music, being outdoors, reading, dancing, writing, painting, running, cycling, cooking and on…

An aim of life is to ride the wave, and not get swept beneath it. Learn tools “in yoga” (applied methods of yoga, meditation and mindfulness) to stay above water, and find new freedom to attain your wellness goals.
